Developed by the Charleston Home Builders Association back in 1988 to celebrate our industry’s best in sales, marketing, construction, and the promotion of new homes, the PRISM Awards have grown over the years to encompass the growing market segments of the housing industry. It has become one of our industry’s most prestigious events, celebrating the best of our industry across a wide variety of home types, price categories, and more.
Now in it’s 33rd year, New Leaf’s very own Brett Miller, who recently became the President of the CHBA, spoke about the importance and impact of housing that is often forgotten in the day-to-day hustle of home building.
New Leaf Builders was honored to take home three PRISM Awards this year, which include the Model Home in the $800 – 899k category for the Aneto model at Nexton; the $600-699k Single Family Home for the Roxy plan at Sovereign Still; and the 1 – 1.5M Single Family Home for a custom home in Bohicket Oaks.
The full list of award winners can be found at the CHBA website here.
