The 2023 PRISM Awards

This fall, the Charleston Home Builders Association hosted its prestigious annual PRISM Awards, a renowned event in the Charleston-area homebuilding industry.

Conceived in 1988 to honor excellence in sales, marketing, construction, and the promotion of new homes, the PRISM Awards have evolved over the years, becoming a hallmark celebration in our sector. As we mark the 34th edition, the event continues to spotlight exceptional achievements across diverse home types, price categories, and more. The significance and profound impact of quality home building is highlighted at the PRISM Awards, shedding light on the enduring importance of recognizing and celebrating excellence in our ever-evolving industry.

New Leaf Builders was honored to take home three PRISM Awards this year, each Build On Your Lot homes. The winning categories are $600-699k single family home attached, $900-999k single family, and the $1M-1.5M single family home category.
