Coming Soon to Johns Island 2022
Welcome to the unique place where community and character come together to create a safe haven where life happens. Where the connectivity of dwellings invites you to gather with friends and neighbors in conversation and communion. Where common courtyards and gardens ignite a lifestyle that is anything but common. Where a commercial center introduces you to food, shopping, arts, fitness and fellowship in the heart of Johns Island. And where the setting of century old oak trees and preserved vegetation, combined with sustainable design make us mindful of the alliance we have formed with Mother Earth. This is Hayes Park.

Living at Hayes Park
The Lowcountry has its own distinct style, way of life, and charm. The inspiration it draws from its European roots makes the small city of Charleston feel quite worldly at times. Courtyard Homes
Homes consist of attached single-family homes complete with entries from a common square and a private courtyards. The surrounding natural environment has been preserved to give the residential community a mature feeling. At Hayes Park, we believe that community living and gathering together evokes a connectivity that creates a sense of place and the feeling of purpose.
Thriving Commerical
We believe that island living doesn’t mean you need to sacrifice quality places to dine, shop, and patronize for the location of home. This is why we’ve aligned ourselves with distinguished businesses with a proven track record of success that can offer an experience that is one to be remembered.
Hayes Park will feature a dozen buildings and 15 businesses in a town center that is nestled under a preserved tree canopy connected by a series of boardwalks and pathways. Its sustainable design and environmentally friendly focal points like butterfly gardens, rainwater harvesting, solar panels, and bio retention basins, will create a development that evokes the feeling that it’s always been there.
