Announcing the Villas of Hayes Park

Living at Hayes Park

Published January 09, 2023

At Hayes Park, we believe that community living and gathering together evokes a connectivity that creates a sense of place and the feeling of purpose. Creating a vibrant pedestrian lifestyle unlike anywhere else in the Lowcountry, New Leaf announces three new residential Villa product lines exclusive to Hayes Park.

The Villas are new, attached, single-family homes, designed with the quality materials and selections that New Leaf is known for, built within a bustling marketplace setting where you can get a cup of coffee in the morning, a sandwich for lunch, and a glass of wine with friends at the end of the day.

The Atrium Villas

The Atrium Vilas are a series of attached Single-Family homes of Hayes Park, complete with entries from a common square and private courtyards. The surrounding natural environment has been preserved to give the residential community a mature feeling.

The Atrium Villas include five distinct elevations: The Petit Syrah, The Malbec, The Chardonnay, The Prosecco, and The Beaujolais.

The Paired Villas

Where country coastal vibes meet modern farmhouses, the Paired Villas have separate entrances for two individual households. All homes have independent access to their own tandem garages, first floor living and ample natural light throughout.

The Paired Villas include two elevations of the Lodge floor plan found here.

Graham Drayton

Meet Graham, your community sales specialist for Hayes Park.

Graham knows a thing or two about Johns Island. He and his wife first moved to the island back in 2003, when they first moved to Charleston.

Today, as a top-producing real estate professional, Graham has been fortunate enough to be a trusted expert and advisor for hundreds of families across the Charleston-area since 2015.

If you can’t find Graham at Hayes Park, he is most likely helping to raise awareness for our local military, advocating for a common-sense approach to balanced growth and development, or helping to connect highly deserving Non-Profit Organizations with much needed community resources.

Graham also loves to swing a golf club from time to time, or try to keep it between the lines on the tennis court.
