The 2024 PRISM Awards

The Charleston Home Builders Association recently hosted its prestigious annual PRISM Awards, a distinguished event that celebrates excellence in the Charleston-area homebuilding industry.

The PRISM Awards have become a hallmark celebration in the industry, highlighting exceptional work across a wide range of home types, price categories, and design innovations. The awards shine a spotlight on the dedication of builders who elevate the quality and craftsmanship of new homes in our community.

New Leaf Builders is thrilled to have earned two prestigious PRISM Awards this year. The awards recognize our work in two categories: the $400-499k single-family attached category for our Daniels Orchard Townhomes and the $700-799k single-family detached category for the Hortus II floor plan in Midtown Nexton.
