New Leaf has established its North Carolina beachhead at Riverlights, a community just south of historic downtown Wilmington. Construction will start in the fall of 2021 on New Leaf’s initial eight home plans, which range form 1,500- to 2,400-square feet in size. Each has been custom designed to fit the local, coastal architectural style. By welcoming indoor/outdoor living, each New Leaf design celebrates the coasts easy climate. Each home will also feature the quality fits and finishes for which New Leaf has been known since 2010.
