New Leaf Officially Starts Sales in Riverlights

Just as with the beginning of a sailing regatta, getting yourself into the right position at the start can be critical when kicking off sales in a new community.

The launch of New Leaf’s presence in Wilmington’s Riverlights community was very well received, with sales starting on Monday, December 13th. Of the initial three homes available, two were sold within hours of release!

Initially, New Leaf Builders is offering 8 new home designs at Riverlights, ranging from 1,500 to 2,400 square feet. Today, four plans are currently available to view: the Martin, the Gates, the Hoke, and the Haywood. Sales agent Tyler Henrikson will staff the sales center and furnished model, the Gates plan, set to open in the summer of 2022.

“With 80 lots under contract in Riverlights, New Leaf is positioned for exciting future growth in Wilmington,”according to Alan Degen, Wilmington Division President.

“We have a strong take down and release schedule in 2022 with our next homes being released for sale in January of 2022.”

New Leaf Builders anticipates their second release of homes in January 2022 and continued high demand for the company’s homes with a unique blend of coastal-inspired architecture and clean design that blends seamlessly into the Riverlights streetscape.
