Find Your Sanctuary

Living Peacefully in Nexton

Published January 20, 2020

When we designed the Domus Collection, one word kept popping up: sanctuary.

We wanted the Collection to inspire people to find peace and harmony based on where they live, and these homes aim to deliver just that. The Domus Collection is centered around the main courtyard, a personal garden oasis that can be accessed by doors or windows in the main living spaces of the home, so you’re never more than a few steps away from paradise.

A sense of arrival was also important to us. Entering the home from the street, you’ll pass through the main gate into the courtyard, and from there have access to the home, the outvilla (detailed below), or simply relax in the garden.

The Domus Collection is being built in Nexton in Brighton Park. Scroll down to see more renderings of this unique community, now selling in Nexton!

Like the Romans, our homes in the Domus Collection are developed with peace and quiet in mind. These homes feature private outdoor living spaces where residents can entertain guests, or find their own personal sanctuary.

Each home in the Domus Collection includes a secondary outvilla, a standard gazebo or potter’s shed, or an upgraded Casita or the Grande Casita. These exterior buildings can be upgraded into bedroom suites or recreation rooms, or simply leave as a shed for additional storage.

The Garden Shed is simply an exterior storage structure, framed in and ready to be used as a workshop, for hobbies, or simply for additional storage.

The Casita option is a sitting room building perfect for entertaining. It includes a living room, kitchenette, and full bathroom.

The Grande Casita option is the perfect guesthouse, which includes a bedroom, living room, kitchenette, and full bathroom.
