The Charleston Home Builders Association recently hosted its annual PRISM Awards, a prestigious event that celebrates excellence in the Charleston-area homebuilding industry.
Each year, the PRISM Awards recognize outstanding achievements in home design, construction, marketing, and innovation, honoring builders who elevate the standard of quality and craftsmanship in the Lowcountry.
This year, New Leaf Builders proudly took home four awards, three of which are in recognition for our work at Hayes Park on Johns Island:
- Best Showroom & Design Center for the New Leaf Design Studio
- Best Townhome and Best Townhome Model Home in the $600,000–$699,000 category for the Villas at Hayes Park
- Best Digital Media Campaign (YouTube) for our “Meet the Team” video series
