New Single-Family Homes Coming to Myrtle Beach, SC at SayeBrook

Our newest market sits right between our two home bases.

New Leaf Builders has built its name in Charleston and Wilmington. Now we're bringing new homes to Myrtle Beach at SayeBrook, a 700+ acre master-planned community on the Grand Strand.

Our Most Popular Floor Plans,
Now in Myrtle Beach

We are bringing our most popular floor plans from Wilmington and Charleston, the ones that keep selling because they work for how people actually live. That means open kitchens, real storage for the beach chairs and holiday bins, and flexible space that can be an office now and a guest room later. Plus many of the fit-and-finishes you expect are already included in each of our homes. These are homes that live differently, built with the same attention we put into every New Leaf home.
