As we wrap up the final days of 2019, we step back and humbly reflect upon an incredible year here at New Leaf. We have so much to be thankful for, and we’re proud of the progress we’ve made, as well as where we are headed in 2020.
In 2019 we started and completed many community projects here in the Lowcountry. We’ve sold out at communities like Mixson Row and Hatfield Street in Park Circle, and Villages in St. Johns Woods.
Many in-progress projects have taken off successfully, such as Sea Island Hamlet and Hamlin Corner. Sovereign Still and Village Park Mt. Pleasant are nearing completion, as their final homes are wrapping up in the months to come.
In 2019 we also started on some incredible new projects that have redefined our place as a Charleston home builder. Kiawah River broke ground early this year and now we have some of our Waterman Villas completed. We are the buidler at The Settlement at Ashley Hall, home to a unique project along the banks of the Ashley River. Finally, we announce a new product line called the Domus Collection, which is exclusively being built in Nexton in Summerville.
The Charleston-area is an incredible place to live. The landscape, the people, the food, and the love is unparalled here, and we are proud to call it home. From all of us at New Leaf Builders, happy New Year to you and yours, and may your 2020 be happy and prosperous!
