New Leaf Builders is pleased to hold our first open-house event at Riverlights in Wilmington, NC for a two-weekend sneak-peek series.

Visit our upcoming model home, the Gates, a two-story 2,330 square foot plan from our new Piedmont Collection, under construction now, and exclusive to Wilmington.

The open house events are on April 30th and May 1st, and again the following weekend on May 7th and 8th. During that time, our knowledgeable team will be on site to answer any questions about this model home, and the others coming soon to Riverlights.
