At New Leaf, we’ve been taking this time to reflect on the memories we make at home, and invite friends and neighbors throughout the Lowcountry to share with others the moments they love in their homes (no matter who built them!)

Step One
Simply take a video or photo of what you love about your home. Maybe it’s your pantry, or your patio, garden, or kitchen!
Step Two
Post it on your Facebook or Instagram feed. Include hashtag: #WhereDoYouLoveCHS
Step Three
That’s it! We’ll reward a lucky contestant with a free family staycation for up to 6 people at our Waterman Villas on Johns Island, complete with the following perks:
A stay at our incredible Waterman Villas, a three story river’s edge home at Kiawah River on Johns Island.
A fun, private chef’s dinner with Bobby Trigg, a local chef known for his blend of Mexican, South American, and French flavors (AKA ‘French-Mex.’)
Kayak excursion with Coastal Expeditions! Explore the salt marsh and tidal flats around Kiawah River, amongst the abundant wildlife that live here.
