On June 20th we hosted a realtor event at Sea Island Hamlet! We toured three groups through units 13 and 14, showing a unique preview of one of Mt. Pleasant’s most anticipated new townhome projects!
Units 10, 11, and 12 are right on their heels, and ready to tour in the next few weeks. We started the night off with cocktails, laughs, and hors d’oeuvres at The Mustard Seed, followed by a quick bus shuttle just across Chuck Dawley Boulevard. We started at the duplex building, unit 13, then 14, in the drive under garages, working our way up to the 2nd and 3rd stories. Closing with questions and details on the new community, we shuttled back to The Mustard Seed for a couple more cocktails before breaking for the night.
