This week we are featuring three custom lowcountry home projects that we are particularly proud of.
This plan, called the Fish, is uniquely Folly Beach through and through, inspired by beach vacations, surfing trips, and travels throughout Southeast Asia. We loved it so much, we ended up adding it to our Build On Your Lot catalog.
Inside, this particular build has tropically painted green walls, and outside, this home boasts an outdoor lounge with dining room, 2 outdoor showers, and a private heated pool.
This Custom Build on Bowens Island, near Folly Beach, is an elevated waterfront property with an expansive marsh front view on the front and back porch.
This Custom Build on Seabrook Island features a brick backsplash, curved v-grooved staircase, and beautiful view of the marsh. The unique location puts this home at the side of a sand dune, and promotes minimal impact on the dunes.
