With the success of our first homes in Brighton Park in Nexton this year, we are expanding our Domus Collection offerings to all new alley-load homes, we like to call the Vicolo Series. These plans expand on the design of our unique Roman villa inspired Domus Collection with even more of the street-appeal you expect at Nexton.
As with the original homes at Brighton Park, now called the Frontale Series (front-load homes), these new designs offer the same courtyard layout that mades the Domus Collection so unique, but with the garage parking in the back. They also include the same popular flex-space offerings, which can be upgraded to a full ADU suite.
Debuting in Nexton soon, we’re pleased to introduce two new designs, the Aneto (Italian for ‘dill’)and the Cannella (Italian for cinnamon) which can be explored below.
These homes feature all of the unique Domus homes’ livability qualities, with added curbside appeal that many desire. Single and two-story designs mean that you can have just the right space for your lifestyle.
The Aneto

The Cannella

At 1,676 sq. ft, the single-story Cannella plan occupies a special place in our alley-load Vicolo series, complete with all of the livability features of the Domus Collection, and loads of curb appeal. The single-story, 2 bedroom design features 10 foot ceilings and an optional vaulted ceilings in common areas. Like all plans in the Domus Collection, the detached outbuilding offers options to expand with even more space for the things you love most.

A classical home design becomes new again with the Domus Collection from New Leaf Builders. Based on the Roman architectural style, the Domus was an urban villa featuring an open courtyard of peaceful gardens and pools, and a place where residents could entertain guests out of the home.
Each home in the Domus Collection features a private, enclosed courtyard to provide a unique indoor/outdoor living experience. All of the major living spaces include courtyard access or views. Entrance is gained from the street via a covered loggia into the courtyard, giving homeowners and guests a true sense of arrival.
