A New Leaf home celebrates the Lowcountry’s landscape by preserving its stars, like heritage live oaks and grand magnolias. Our homes literally work from the ground up. Sometimes New Leaf has a lot perfect for a project, other times we bring our talent to a lot clients already own. We work closely with landscape designers and architects to ensure that the homes we build work with their environment, never against it.
